This is being done under Section 215 of the Singapore Companies Act, and the subsidiaries to be merged includes:

- JMA Tax Services Pte Ltd
- SMS Corporate Services Pte Ltd
- Summit Planners Employment Agency Pte Ltd
- Rightfocus Consultants Pte Ltd

This, in turn, will strengthen the group’s goal to be a leading corporate services provider in Asia,” said Terence Ng, Chief Operating Officer at InCorp Global.
“After the merger of the subsidiaries into InCorp Global, all existing customers of the subsidiaries will be continued on the same terms and conditions, and their contact persons will remain the same.
